It’s a really friendly atmosphere with really helpful and friendly staff. Overall thoughts, this restaurant is perfectly themed. There are plenty of desserts on the menu but we were stuffed so we didn’t have one. He did enjoy it but said he’d opt for something different next time. Karl really enjoyed his fries but didn’t find the flavours of the burger particularly stood out. He had a side of Danger Fries which were fries topped with pulled chicken, Louisiana hot sauce, blue cheese dressing and spring onion. This was a burger topped with cheddar cheese, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and nachos. The fries were ok but I couldn’t really taste the garlic and chilli flakes on them though. There was so much flavour and the saltiness of the prosciutto went so well with the burger. This was served with my choice of Sci-Fries which were fries topped with garlic and chilli flakes. This was a burger topped with Camembert, prosciutto crudo, crispy onion, BBQ Sauce, Chipotle Sauce, ketchup and gherkins. They had the right amount of spice and they went so well with the delicious garlic dip. I have to say though, I would order these again in a heartbeat! They were so tasty. I only tried them because Karl wanted them. I like mushrooms but they’re not something I would normally order in a restaurant. These were giant slices of mushroom, bread with a Cajun spice crumb and served with a garlic mayonnaise dip. As we were having burgers, I only managed to snap a picture of the burger menu.įor our starters, Karl and I shared a portion of Cajun Shroomies. The menu is varied enough for everyone to find something they like. They offer a menu of burgers, pizzas, ribs, hot dogs and much more. I’ve never had anything like it but I’ll certainly be having it again! Over the course of the drink, the bottle drained into the cocktail. A lovely Margarita cocktail with an upturned bottle of Sol lager in it. They have a varied drinks menu which showcased some awesome cocktails. Of course, the point of any restaurant is the food and drink so it was time to look over the rather awesome looking menu. All of that (plus the Spice Girls playing over the speakers) took me to a wonderful place called Memory Lane. These were all things I loved and still love now, it was a complete time machine. It’s awesome! I felt like I was surrounded by my childhood (which I didn’t think was that long ago until I came I here!) We were surrounded by Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Power Rangers, characters from The Lord of the Rings and superheroes and I was even sat next to this guy… The first thing I noticed was the theming. They encourage you to ‘ sit back and enjoy the music, look at the toys you always wanted, argue about who the best superhero was/is and slurp milkshakes until you get brainfreeze’.

The restaurant is themed with all things retro. The restaurant is mainly a themed burger joint who pride themselves on making great food, giving great service and making you smile. Karl and I recently tried a new restaurant in Bristol called Atomic Diner. I enjoy trying new tastes, flavours and new restaurants.
